Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) was conceptualized, developed, and is instructed by Kaveh Naficy and Chris Brookfield from Heidrick and Struggles (H&S), a world-wide professional services firm with expertise in the fields of leadership consulting, culture shaping, and executive search. Kaveh is a Partner and heads H&S’ North America Executive Coaching Practice, and Chris is a Principal and Executive Coach at H&S.
Throughout the curriculum, our Instructors draw from their extensive hands-on experiences working as Executive Coaches with top leaders and their teams in Fortune 500 companies. Their work with board and executive level leaders at the world's premier organizations provides them with a unique perspective and deep insights into the realities of the current and future business world. Throughout the learning journey, Instructors translate their experiences into opportunities for LCOP students to explore and practice real-life skills they can apply in organizational settings.
