Philosophy IB, a boutique management consulting firm specializing in helping clients “Work Better,” announced today that it will offer its Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program in partnership with Rutgers University this September. According to Kaveh Naficy, a Founding Partner at Philosophy IB and leader of the firm’s coaching practice, “We’re delighted to partner with Rutgers University to offer this uniquely focused coaching certification program. The offering of the 132-hour program with Rutgers begins on Sept. 30th and will meet monthly through December. It serves two primary audiences – experienced managers at organizations seeking to expand in-house coaching services and individuals seeking to offer coaching on a consulting basis.
